Why I Started   
P3 Performance

For over 25 years, I’ve been driven by one goal: building high-performing teams.

Teams with clear goals, focused ways of working, and a culture that drives execution. When those elements align, that’s when the magic happens.

But in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world, that kind of alignment is harder to achieve.

That’s why I created P3 Performance,  to help leaders and teams close the gap between strategy and execution.

What sets me apart is more than 25 years of real-world leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry,  not just consulting on strategy, but owning it, executing it, and delivering results.

I’ve led Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit teams with full P&L responsibility, guiding launches, growth phases, and LOE transitions across Canada and the UK. I’ve worked in the field and at headquarters, in matrixed, global organizations, and built teams ranging from three to over 180, often while navigating high stakes, shifting priorities, and cultural transformation.

This hands-on experience gives me a unique lens: I don’t just understand execution , I’ve lived it. That’s what allows me to help leaders and their teams not only find clarity, but make progress where it counts most.
